In March of 2024 I set out with a one way ticket to leave New Zealand and explore the US.

I run She Shows Up - a community for gym girls to connect and try something new. The goal is to get more girls in to fitness with less barriers.

I'm the Entrepreneur in Residence at LevelUp - a global program dedicated to helping high-growth founders. 

​

I have a growing social media presence where I post fitness and self development based content to help people become the best versions of themselves.
